We set up this web page because of all the requests we get for information about real estate in Jensen Beach and the surrounding area.  If you are new to Florida or the Martin County area it can be a daunting task to weed out the facts about what is happening in the real estate market.  It's boom time here and in fact the census bureau has listed Port Saint Lucie (a town just north of Jensen Beach in Saint Lucie County) as the fastest growing community in the country. In 2005 15,000 new residents moved into Port Saint Lucie alone and we get on average about 4 people a day moving into the area and the current population is 140,000.  Jensen Beach is growing at a comparable rate.
