November tides have washed away most of the beach in front of the Carlin Park Civic center and surfer was bitten by a shark just down from the beach last week, but that won’t chase away good waves and big crowds for this weekend’s ninth annual Jupiter Fall Classic Pro/Am Surf Festival.
